How to make sketches
I know many artists who would buy a sketchbook and never use it. This happens for several reasons. Some might have a vision of filling an expensive sketchbook with wonderful drawings. But because one doesn't have great drawing skills, such an artist would be subconsciously afraid of spoiling a book with "ugly" sketches. This prevents an artist from drawing altogether. Here's a good tip - make "bad" drawings with no intention of showing them to anyone. If out of 100 sketches two or three are good, this would be a very good result because you break the "fear of drawing" and improve your drawing skills with every new sketch you make.
